Payment Policy

Once a plan has been agreed with proposed pricing, the full itinerary signed agreement, and a 10% deposit is due one week prior to your scheduled event with us. The remaining 90% must be paid in full no less than 48 hours in advance of your departure.

Cancellation

If you need to cancel your event with us, we require a 72-hour notice. Cancellations made with 72 hours or more notice will receive a refund. Please note, reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time, in addition to if a vendor has been paid and that money is considered non refundable.

Your itinerary is not confirmed until you have approved the final schedule/ invoice and make your final payment.
At Boujee Bahamas, we try to remain very flexible. However, to secure the best partners/vendors for your experience, we prefer 5-7 days notice. In some cases, we can accommodate less notice but would need a minimum of 72 hours.
Customers can securely pay with all major credit cards, Apple Pay, PayPal, Zelle, and Venmo.
Nassau is a safe island to visit. Like most unfamiliar areas, it is recommended not to walk alone and to avoid walking at night especially in deserted areas that are not well lit. The same is to be said for the outer islands when traveling by yacht.
As with all travel, follow these safety tips:

ENTRY/EXIT REQUIREMENTS
A valid U.S. or Canadian passport, or valid residency card accompanied by a valid passport from country of origin.
Proof of a return airline ticket and sufficient funds to support your stay.
As of September 20th, the COVID-19 testing requirement for entering The Bahamas has been eliminated.
All travellers, regardless of vaccination status, are no longer required to submit to pre-travel COVID-19 testing to enter the country.
CUSTOMS. U.S. citizens and residents out of the country for 48 hours are allowed up to $800 worth of duty-free merchandise.
Canadian citizens and residents can claim up to CAN $800 duty-free, after a minimum absence of 48 hours out of the country.
CLIMATE . Temperatures range from 70°F to 90°F (21°C to 32°C).
Water temperatures range from 72°F (22°C) in the winter to 83°F (28°C) in the summer.
